Learn-to-Earn Vocational Skills Programme

Our flagship programme delivers NITA-accredited vocational training across six hands-on skill tracks to women and girls from refugee, pastoralist, and host communities. Enrollment is free and childcare is provided on-site throughout.

Following every graduating cohort through a structured 12-month post-graduation period, this programme converts certified skills into functioning enterprises through mentorship, village banking, and startup capital linkages.

An NITA-accredited training track equipping women with hands-on clinical support skills for employment in Kenya's peri-urban and rural healthcare settings, aligned with county health department employment requirements.

Beauty & Professional Hairdressing Programme

Hands-on, NITA-accredited training in beauty therapy, hairdressing, and related professional services, producing graduates equipped for self-employment in one of Kenya's highest-demand personal services sectors.

Girls Education & Back-to-School Programme

Girls Education & Back-to-School Programme

Scholarships, reintegration counselling, and community support create structured pathways back into education for girls who lost schooling to early marriage, conflict, or household poverty.

Integrated Childcare Support Programme

Integrated Childcare Support Programme

On-site, qualified childcare provided free of charge throughout training hours, directly addressing the primary barrier that prevents mothers with young children from accessing vocational skills training.
